Response timescales

Written responses

  • On receipt of the fee and the submission detail we aim to provide a standard service written response  within 20 working days. 
  • For optional extra follow up written responses, from the date of the request and payment, we aim to respond within 20 working days, or a time period agreed by all parties. 
  • Responses from the Council’s technical experts (including the Drainage Engineer, the Arboriculture Officer or Environmental Health) may be provided under a separate email or letter.
