Current Local Plan

The Surrey Heath Local Plan provides the local policy framework for the Borough against which planning applications will be assessed.

The adopted Plan currently consists of:

• The Core Strategy and Development Management Policies Development Plan Document 2012 and the Policies Map 2012
• The 2000 Local Plan (extant saved policies)
• Camberley Town Centre Area Action Plan (2011-2018) and Policies Map

The Local Plan is supported by an extensive Evidence Base. These background studies and surveys have helped to inform the adopted policies and will underpin future policy preparation.
