Opening and closing dates 

Applications open on Monday 2 October 2023 and close on Tuesday 31 October 2023.

We reserve the right to close the scheme early should demand significantly outweigh the amount of funding available, equally it may be extended if appropriate.

Next steps

We expect applications to be assessed over a four week period with applicants being informed of the outcome in writing shortly after.

Please note, payments will be made retrospectively on receipt of paid receipted invoices, proof that any necessary permissions have been obtained and evidence that the event has taken place.
