SAMM tariff guidance
A combination of two avoidance and mitigation measures are in place to protect the Thames Basin Heaths from the impacts of new residential development:
- The provision of Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspaces (SANG)
- Strategic Access Management and Monitoring (SAMM) measures
