SAMM tariff guidance

 A combination of two avoidance and mitigation measures are in place to protect the Thames Basin Heaths from the impacts of new residential development:

  • The provision of Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspaces (SANG)
  • Strategic Access Management and Monitoring (SAMM) measures
