Fast track planning application service

Your application must be either

• a householder planning application or
• an application for a certificate of lawful development or
• an application for a minor development (1-9 dwellings or less than 1,000 m²), then you must adhere to the following steps to be eligible for fast-track:

Prior to submitting your application on the planning portal you must email fast.track@surreyheath.gov.uk (link sends email) with a fully completed and signed proforma and agree to the terms and conditions.

Complete the fast track proforma 

We aim to respond to any email within one working day to confirm whether your proposal is eligible and at that point we will ask for the fast track payment. 

Payment

Please ensure you read the terms and conditions before making payment.

Please make payment by using the fast-track proforma (currently unavailable). 

Once payment has been made please forward a copy of the payment receipt to development.control@surreyheath.gov.uk (link sends email) and fast.track@surreyheath.gov.uk (link sends email).

On receipt of the fast track payment, you can then go ahead and submit your application on the planning portal whereby you will also need to pay the statutory fee for your application.
