Surrey Heath House Reception – Change in opening times from 1 April 2025

Please be aware Surrey Heath House Reception will be open for face-to-face visits from 9am to 1pm from 1 April 2025 (at present it is open from 9am to 5pm). 

Our Contact Centre team will continue to be available every weekday from 9am to 4:30pm via the telephone - 01276 707100 and email - contactcentre@surreyheath.gov.uk. 

Housing clients will continue to have face to face afternoon appointments as required. 

Telephone lines for Surrey Heath Borough Council remain open 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30 to 4.30 on Friday.
