​Surrey Heath Borough Council offices are currently closed to the public until further notice due to the Coronavirus guidelines.

Following Government guidance on the restriction of non-essential contact, this measure has been taken to protect the heath and safety of SHBC staff and members of the public.
Please do not attend the Council Offices as you will not be seen in person.

Contact Centre

Our Customer Contact Centre 01276 707100 offers help and advice on council services. If you need more specific advice we can put you in touch with the appropriate council department. Alternatively, please view our service email address to contact individual services directly.

The contact centre is closed during UK public holidays. If you call when our contact centre is closed you will hear a message giving useful information and emergency telephone numbers.

Revenues and Benefits

Due to our staff now making welfare calls during the #Coronavirus Pandemic we have amended our call opening times for the Revenues and Benefits department.

Starting from Tuesday 31 March 2020 our call hours will be:

- Mon to Thursday 11:00 to 17:00

- Friday 11:00 to 16:30
