Tougher sanctions are now in place for local environmental crimes in Surrey Heath.

Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) provide streamlined enforcement to address a range of issues including fly-tipping, littering, graffiti, and other environmental offences.  

The council has increased FPN tariffs to £1,000 per offence to provide a swift and effective deterrent to offences, and encourage everyone to respect and value the local environment.
