Report a parks problem
You can report a problem in one of our parks or greenspaces online.
Parks problems may include:
- issue with park toilets
- graffiti in parks
- play area maintenance
- overflowing bins – you need to know the bins location and asset number
When completing the form, please provide us with as much information as possible.
Report a full or overflowing bin
You can also report a full or overflowing bin using our bins map.
- Find the bin you are referring to on the map. You will need to zoom in to find the correct location and bin.
- Click the bin that you wish to report to us
- Scroll down
- Click 'report an issue'
- Complete the form
