Charities supported by the Mayor
Cllr Kang has chosen two charities which support local residents during her Mayoral term:
South East Coast Ambulance Service
The charity raises funds to support South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. The charity uses gifted monies to benefit those in our communities who use our service and to improve the welfare of the Trust’s staff and volunteers – for example, Community First Responders. Funds can also be used for projects and equipment that is not supplied by Government NHS funding.

Camberley Care Trust
Supporting Independent Living in Camberley & Frimley
The charity supports elderly, disabled and vulnerable residents in Camberley and Frimley by providing an effective, reliable, and low-cost car service to meet medical, family, and social needs. They also provide a subsidised 'handyman' service to those who need it to maintain their homes in the Camberley and Frimley area. Both services aim to assist independent living at home for as long as possible.
