To nominate someone, please complete a Surrey Heath Sports Awards Nomination Form.

When do nominations close?

Nominations will close at midnight on 26 September. The winners will be announced in October.

Award Categories and Criteria

Help us honour our sporting stars, clubs and local heroes. This year to reflect the impact of COVID-19 and the pandemic the award categories have changed slightly.

Nominations can be for achievements within the professional or competitive sporting environment, but do not have to be – they can reflect any personal or community triumphs.

Nominees must meet at least two of the lists of criteria listed below the award you are making the nomination for.

Nominate someone who has made a difference today – it’s quick and easy using our online form.
