Whether you need a fitness goal, or if you are a regular competitor looking to kick off your season, this is the event for you.
Situated in Surrey Heath's Green Flag Award-winning Frimley Lodge Park, there aren't many more picturesque venues.
The event will run alongside the Basingstoke Canal and then cycle along the roads of Frimley and Deepcut in a run, cycle, run format - especially good for those that normally struggle with the swim discipline.
The event will take place on Sunday 15 March. Registration opens at 12:30pm, with a start time of 1pm.
Entrants must be 16+.
There will be both a GO TRI and Sprint Duathlon distance taking place at the same time, so you can choose the distance that you think suits you best:
GO TRI - Run 2.5km, Cycle 9.5km, Run 2.5km
Sprint Duathlon - Run 5km, Cycle 19km, Run 2.5km
Deadline for entries is Friday 6 March at 5pm. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
Our last triathlon event took place on 31 March, which was a huge success. The course included a 400m swim at the Arena Leisure Centre followed by a 20km cycle and 5km run. Results from the March 2019 event are available here along with photos below:

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm worried that I will be the only beginner taking part

Don’t worry, we have a friendly event team and welcome all beginners to take part! Triathlon/duathlon is a great sport for making friends on the day too, after all everyone is in it to enjoy the event.

I don't have a helmet can I still take part?

Helmets are compulsory and must be worn by all competitors.

Can I walk during the run?

Of course, this is your event and you can complete it how you wish.

I haven't been to a Duathlon/Triathlon before, what do I need to do when I arrive?

We recommend arriving as the registration desk opens at 12:30pm so you have plenty of time to visit the transition area and rack up your bike. Here is where you will leave your cycle and run equipment and ask any questions to our referee/event team.

Can I enter the event on the day?

Unfortunately entries cannot be taken on the day of the event.
