Surrey Heath & Runnymede Family Support Programme

Our Mission Statement:

The Surrey Family Support Programme is agreed between the Council, Surrey Police and District & Borough Councils across Surrey.

Surrey Heath & Runnymede Borough Councils have joined in partnership to deliver the Family Support Programme locally.

The Surrey Heath & Runnymede Family Support Programme, alongside Surrey agencies will positively change the way in which we work with families, meaning the family can access services through a single conversation and families will have one single family plan of action.

A team will be formed around the family where all relevant agencies will work together as one team to work with the whole family.

Intensive support is offered with a family coordinator allocated to a family working with each member of the family, to better understand the family dynamics and the hopes, aspirations and needs of each member of the family.

Completed referrals to be send to - cspa@surreycc.gov.uk
 
Referrals are triaged at the C-SPA to identify whether the family meet the criteria for FSP.  We do not accept referrals directly from professionals or self-referrals.
