Community Transport

Community Transport

Our Community Transport Service provides access to services, appointments, facilities and social activities in Surrey Heath and the neighbouring area.

We offer a door-to-door service, for residents who are unable to access public bus services. This may be for reasons such as a physical, sensory or learning disability, frailty, mental health problems or unavailability of bus services.
The service operates five days a week, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm, giving you the flexibility to travel when and where you want to go.
Transport is provided using fully accessible vehicles enabling easy access for all our passengers. All of our vehicles can carry individuals who travel seated in their wheelchair. Our drivers are fully trained and are able to provide assistance to passengers as required.

Carers are able to travel as a companion free of charge. Unfortunately we are unable to accept concessionary bus passes.

Trips and outings

Throughout the year a number of trips and outings are arranged which are made available to all users of the service. Transport is also available for those that wish to travel to our Windle Valley Centre.
