How to enter into a PPA

If you would like to enter into a PPA then please complete the proforma first. This form is needed to understand the nature of your enquiry and eligibility. The form requires you to pay for an Inception Meeting. This introductory meeting is intended to be high level only, where your proposal can be introduced, and the scope and form of the PPA discussed.

Following payment, we will be in contact to agree the meeting date. After the Inception Meeting please use the PPA template and email your draft PPA to the assigned officer for consideration.

Once agreed and signed it is expected that 50% of the total PPA is paid prior to the first meeting. For a post approval agreement only, 100% of the fee should be paid prior to the first meeting. Standardised fees are set out on the charging schedule in the interests of transparency and to prevent protracted negotiations and unnecessary delays.
