Family Support Programme

The Surrey Heath and Runnymede Family Support Programme is committed to providing you with a service that you find helpful and supportive.

As part of our service, we would like to invite you to give us some feedback on how we are doing, so that we can improve on what we deliver.

Surrey Heath & Runnymede Family Support Programme

Our Mission Statement:
"We will inspire, motivate and enable families to learn, develop and implement change enabling them to enjoy all aspects of family life and make a positive contribution to their local community"

The Surrey Family Support Programme is agreed between the Council, Surrey Police and District & Borough Councils across Surrey.

Surrey Heath & Runnymede Borough Councils have joined in partnership to deliver the Family Support Programme locally.

The Surrey Heath & Runnymede Family Support Programme, alongside Surrey agencies will positively change the way in which we work with families, meaning the family can access services through a single conversation and families will have one single family plan of action.

A team will be formed around the family where all relevant agencies will work together as one team to work with the whole family.
Intensive support is offered with a family coordinator allocated to a family working with each member of the family, to better understand the family dynamics and the hopes, aspirations and needs of each member of the family.
